ลักษณะงาน

Responsibilities
- Design development and delivery of enterprise-wide talent acquisition and management, talent review, leadership development, and performance management processes, programs and tools.
- Provide research, analysis, and interpretation across multiple businesses and markets, then leverage that insight to decline and implement talent strategies
- Partner with business and HR leaders to identify needs and gaps for leadership roles, diversity, bench talent, and other strategic talent segments
- Be responsible for the 360 degree recruiting process. Emphasis will be placed on direct sourcing of potential candidates, industry networking, utilizing internal referrals and the use of social media and advertising to attract a diverse pool of outstanding talent to further facilitate the company’s success


Development activities
- Define and identify strategic capabilities required by the business and track individuals who possess them
- Monitor HR Metrics in terms of tools used to track Performance
- Cascade information regarding leading HR Talent Acquisition and Management Initiatives through content development in internal-corporate newsletter
- Develop strong relationships with key stake holders to ensure that development activities are aligned with specific business priorities and outcomes.
- Serve as the expert on talent and performance management and provides internal consultancy on the application of the talent and performance management solutions to the business
- Develop, refine and implement the Performance Appraisal Process across the Group
- Managing and executing the employee performance cycles from end-to-end; planning, alignment with the business, communication, engagement, and execution
- Runs graduate schemes from end-to-end
- Identifying training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with the business managers and human resources department
- Develop Job Competency Matrix for each level, and provide solutions for learning gaps enterprise-wide

Gender : Male/Female
Age : 22 - 28 years old
English : basic communication
Bachelor Degree in Business (any major)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Must be willing to learn and expand comfort zones
Clear communicator, good telephone manner and listening skills
You should like people, enjoy finding people, speaking to people, matching people and meeting them
