ลักษณะงาน

- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Making and answering calls / redirecting calls
- Appointment / meetings / travel and accommodation arrangements
- Provide administrative and secretarial support as assigned including typing, filing, distributing documents

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :

Thai Nationality only, age between 22-25 years
Bachelor’s Degree in English or any related fields
1-2 years’ experience as a receptionist, or in administrative functions or related fields
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Pleasant personality, service-minded, good attitude and good interpersonal skills
Excellent computer knowledge of MS Office, Powerpoint, Photoshop
